By placing an order with our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear and continuous unboxing video is compulsory at the time of opening the parcel. The video must start before opening the sealed package and clearly display the shipping label and the product received.
2. Reporting Timeline
Any complaint regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The unboxing video must be shared within this timeframe via our official contact details.
3. No Claim Without Video
Claims raised without a proper, unedited unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Product Condition for Exchange
To be eligible for exchange:
• The product must be unused and unwashed.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The item must not be damaged by the customer.
5. Pickup Before Exchange
The approved product must be handed over to our delivery partner for pickup first.
The exchange product will be processed and dispatched only after the original item is successfully picked up and passes quality inspection.
6. Exchange Approval & Processing
Once the pickup is completed and the product is verified, the exchange process will be initiated within 2–3 working days.
7. No Return / No Refund Policy
We strictly do not offer returns or refunds. Only exchange is available, subject to the above terms
